The National Security Law serves as HK’s "stabilizing force"
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the implementation of the National Security Law for Hong Kong (NSL). Danny Woo Ying-ming, commissioner of Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), told China Daily that the NSL is the 'pillar of stability' for the city. He also noted that the law's implementation has supported the ICAC in its ongoing fight against corruption. Over the past five years, the integrity of Hong Kong has remained at a high level, he said.
